What Time Do I Need To Order By?

Because we pack each order fresh every night your orders will have to be submitted by 9pm the evening before you'd like your delivery. Orders submitted after 9pm cannot be guaranteed to be processed in time. 

When Will I Receive My Delivery?

When we receive your order we process it that day. Our warehouse is open at night and your order will be individually packed and then put into our vans for delivery the following morning. We aim for next day delivery to ensure the freshest ingredients! You can expect your order between 6am - 6pm Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. 

Will I Receive A Confirmation Email?

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been submitted. However, we are unable to send out shipping updates or information. All of our orders are next day delivery. 

Should I return the boxes?

You can return your boxes to the driver during your next delivery, or leave them out to be collected by the driver if you'd prefer that your delivery be no contact. Alternatively you're welcome to recycle them. 

Can I Set Up A Weekly Account?

Not at the moment. However, you are able to order as frequently as you need. By creating an account and signing in you'll be able to manage payment methods, delivery addresses, and see your past orders. 

Should I Apply For An Account?

Applying for an account is free. This will allow you to manage all of your personal details as well as keep track of your past orders. If you'd like to sign up for an account for your business follow the 'Home' tab and apply for a business account. 

Can My Order Be No Contact?

Yes. If you would like your order to be left outside of your home let us know via the 'Add a Note' option, detailing the location where you'd like the order to be placed. 

How Are You Managing Sanitation? 

At Greens quality is our top priority, so we are always mindful. You should always wash your produce before eating or preparing it. Rest assured that our staff wear gloves while packing, wash their hands frequently, and have also started wearing facemasks during this time.

How Can I Submit a Recipe?

to submit your favourite recipe to our 'recipes' tab on our website you can post it on Facebook or Instagram and tag us or email us at haeleigh@greensproduce.co.uk with the subject 'Recipes', including pictures if available and crediting the original creator if you've found your recipe elsewhere. 

 

How Are Our Donations Being Used?

We started the Donation Campaign in order to provide those in need, especially medical workers, of easy to get, healthy, and fresh food. However, it has been difficult to coordinate regular donations to local hospitals as they have restrictions on what, and how much, they're able to accept at any given time. At the moment we are using your generous donations to give NHS, Fire Brigade, Police, and other essential emergency workers a discount on their orders through us. 

 

How Can I Apply For The NHS Discount?

The NHS Discount, funded by the generous donations of our customers, is for any and all NHS Medical Staff, the Fire Brigade, Police staff, and other essential workers. Email us at haeleigh@greensproduce.co.uk with the subject 'Discount', preferably through your NHS or other official email address in order to confirm your employment.
